Regenerative Agriculture
At Ebier Suth Cokran, we cultivate more than just cacao—we nurture ecosystems and support livelihoods. We implement cacao-focused dynamic agroforestry as our farming system.

By eliminating reliance on synthetic chemical inputs, enhancing biodiversity, and safeguarding essential ecosystem services, we are pioneering an innovative approach that creates lasting value for people, the planet, and the economy. This integrated system demonstrates that agriculture and conservation can thrive together, leaving a legacy of resilience for generations to come.

Our regenerative practices not only ensure a superior product but also highlight the indispensable role of farmers in preserving reversing biodiversity loss, supporting climate action, and fostering sustainable development.

Cultivation Practices and Processing: Excellence in Every Step
At Ebier Suth Cokran, we are committed to producing premium-quality cacao by combining regenerative practices with sustainable farming techniques.

Our Processing Unit
Our commitment to quality extends beyond the farm, with every cacao bean undergoing a meticulous post-harvest process to preserve its exceptional flavor. The post-harvest team, mostly women who lead in these tasks, ensures that each stage—from fermentation to packaging—is carried out with the utmost care.
Ransiki, recognized by the Indonesian government for producing high-quality cacao, holds the prestigious Indikasi Geografis (IG) certification. This designation acknowledges the unique qualities of our cacao, shaped by the region’s rich environment.

We are also in the final stages of securing Rainforest Alliance and Organic certifications, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability, ethical practices, and environmental stewardship.

Our Chocolate Factory: Adding Value Locally
We’ve recently launched a small-scale chocolate factory to explore on-site value addition.
The chocolate we produce is crafted from cacao grown by local smallholder farmers cultivating around the Ebier Suth Cokran farm estate and are sold locally.
This initiative not only enhances the value of our cacao but also directly supports the surrounding community and farmers, contributing to improved livelihoods and sustainable income generation.
